Hi...
Popping in to ask that someone post a quick note on Davidville http://blog.davidville.com/ to let the folks there know someone's still around and working on Tumblr. Since Davidville is linked on tumblr.com it's the site most casual users visit, and lots of them are getting concerned that tumblr is being dropped.
And, also popping in to say thanks for Tumblr. It's terrific. Really.

Tumblr and Davidville are both doing great and we're hard at work on Tumblr's next release. We'll have something to say on the blog when it's ready, I'm sure.
This is not the Tumblr forum - it's my personal site. Official Tumblr news will never be posted here.
But your comment is duly noted. Thank you.

Who's handling Tumblr tech support?
(The same person who's responsible for posting to the Tumblr blog, it seems, since my messages to support@tumblr.com remain unanswered.)

I'm the guy in charge of training the monkeys to handle tumblr tech support. (I have no actually association with Tumblr or Davidville--but I'm sure they'll buy my monkeys. You don't even have to pay them minimum wage.) The reason it takes the tech support monkeys so long to answer emails is because I haven't taught them English yet. They're still potty training--but as soon as they're ready, they'll be able to answer all of your monkey related needs. (Unless your needs are pervy. My monkeys don't do that sort of thing.)

The monkey said, (What do you want from me?) To which Marco said, (What do you want for yourself?)

Wow. I've been hanging around Marco.org since the beginning, and I think this is the first time anybody has considered anything anywhere on the site to be newsworthy.

Wow. Imagine if you were actually searching for something and this was the result you got. To which the monkey said, (word).
